OUR HISTORY
In 2021, Pollen Atelier will open its doors in Brussels, a workshop-boutique specialising in the creation of dried flowers and all their variations: bouquets, styling, scenography... The boutique offers a rural setting in the heart of the prestigious Châtelain district. It's a visual treat, first and foremost, when you discover the ceilings of hanging flowers. Olfactory pleasure too.
Your primary objective? To provide long-lasting flowers for your home and those of your loved ones: dried flowers have the advantage of preserving their splendour day after day.
Then came the desire to add a poetic touch to your events.
In 2024, La Réserve was inaugurated, a flower-filled space adjoining the boutique. This charming space is the venue for unusual dinners, art exhibitions, creative workshops and other events that are the fruit of your imagination.
Pollen Atelier brings together creative and strategic talents to respond to your wishes and projects with poetry, creativity and high standards.

SUSTAINABILITY
From the choice of flowers to the creation of events and our day-to-day work in the workshop, we aim to be part of a sustainable approach thanks to our timeless, eternal flowers.
TRANSPARENCY
Our dried flowers come from Holland (80%) and Europe. We have chosen to work only with suppliers in whom we have confidence and who work with respect for the planet and its employees.
REQUIREMENT
Whether you want to give a gift, decorate or host an event, we'll do everything we can to meet your requirements, even the most ambitious ones, in line with your vision, timeline and budget.

Because every flower needs special attention, your project deserves tailor-made treatment. The Pollen team takes the time to listen to you, guide you, bring your wishes to life and create a world that's just like you.

AURÉLIE, THE FOUNDER
After a career in marketing, Aurélie discovered her passion for flowers. Her floral adventure began in December 2019: in the kitchen of her Brussels flat, Aurélie brought to life a few bunches of flowers bought at the morning market.
Pollen atelier is the slightly crazy idea of embarking on a project that's both creative and human. The joy of creating, but above all the joy of sharing.
A few years later, her partner Geoffroy joined Aurélie in her dream, giving her the necessary structure.
Aurélie is currently in charge of the boutique's artistic direction, as well as your weddings and major events. She's a wonderful listener, with an uncommon benevolence.

Co-founder and Sales Manager
A corporate project? Geoffroy is in charge of logistics and the commercial link with all our corporate clients. He also manages the rental of the Reserve and will be your main point of contact. His motto? To find "made-to-measure" solutions while taking care of human relations.
Mathilde
General Manager
Both in the shop and behind the computer, Mathilde provides invaluable support to Aurélie and Geoffroy in the development of the business, weddings and events. A key element in both design and management.
