This document (together with any documents referred to herein) sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of this website and the purchase of products via the website (the "Terms and Conditions").
Please read these Terms and Conditions before using this website. By using this website or placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please do not use this website if you do not accept all of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. It is your responsibility to read them regularly, as the General Terms and Conditions in force on the date on which you use this website or on the date on which the Contract (as defined below) is formed will be those applicable.

This website is operated under the name GROVÖ SRL, whose registered office is located at 2 rue du Prévôt 1050 Brussels (BELGIUM) and whose VAT number is as follows: BE 0677.463.935.
Privacy policy:
Any personal information or details you provide to us will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Statement. By using this website you agree to the processing of information and data, and you declare that all the information and data you have provided us with is accurate and true. This information entrusted to Grovö will not be communicated to third parties.
Use of our website:
These Terms and Conditions are the only terms and conditions applicable to the use of this website and supersede all other terms and conditions unless previously agreed in writing by the Seller. These Terms and Conditions are important to both you and us in that they have been drafted to create a legally binding agreement between us, protecting your rights as a consumer and our rights as a business. You acknowledge that by placing an order you unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions and declare that you have read them.
When registering the Customer's personal data, the Customer must ensure that the data provided is accurate and complete. In the event of an error in the recipient's details, Grovö cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.

To use this site only for legitimate requests or orders.
Not to place speculative, false or fraudulent orders. If we have reason to believe that such an order has been placed, we will be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.
You also undertake to provide an e-mail address, postal address and/or any other information enabling us to contact you and acknowledge that we may use this information to contact you if necessary.
If you do not give us all the information we need, we may not be able to process your order.
By placing an order on this website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Formation of the contract:
The information set out in these Terms and Conditions and the details on this website do not constitute an offer to sell but rather an invitation to contract. No contract shall exist between you and us in respect of the Products until we have accepted your order. If your order is not accepted and your account has already been debited, you will receive a full refund.
To place an order, you will be asked to follow the online purchasing process to submit the order. You will then receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes your offer to purchase one or more products from us. All orders are subject to our acceptance and we will confirm this acceptance by sending you an email confirming dispatch of the product(s) (the "Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract for the purchase of the Product(s) will not be formed between you and us until the Dispatch Confirmation has been sent to you.
The Contract will only relate to those products whose despatch we have confirmed to you in the Despatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply you with any other products that may be included in your order until the dispatch of those products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
Product availability:
All product orders are subject to availability.
In this respect, in the event of delivery difficulties or stock shortages on the products ordered, we reserve the right to provide you with information on replacement products of equal or greater quality and value that you will be able to order. If you do not wish to order these replacement products, we will refund any sums you may have paid in full.
It is also possible that we do not have in stock all the exact flowers you have seen in the photos on the website. In this case, our production team will replace the unavailable flowers with flowers similar to the originals or with flowers already present in the bouquet for an amount equal to the value of the unavailable flowers.
If any vases are unavailable, you will be notified by email and invited to choose another model in our physical boutique, either by visiting the boutique or by our team sending you photos of the available products. If you do not find an equivalent item that suits you, we will refund you by bank transfer.
Delivery:
We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible.
Deliveries in Brussels are handled by an external courier service.
- Deliveries with specific time constraints will be managed by Shippr
- Deliveries without specific time constraints will be managed by Cargo vélo.
Deliveries in Belgium and Europe are handled by Bpost.
Parcels are entrusted to the various delivery services within 48 hours of your order unless otherwise specified. In the case of in-store collection, an e-mail confirming the order has been completed will be sent to you, generally within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Please note that you cannot choose the delivery time slot for a delivery by Bpost other than through their service if applicable.
For orders placed in Brussels, deliveries are made from Tuesday to Friday, by default, with no specific time constraints. No deliveries are made on Mondays, when the shop is closed. For deliveries with specific time constraints, weekend deliveries or public holidays, you must have selected the corresponding option on the order form.
For deliveries in Brussels, we depend on the availability of delivery personnel from the various delivery services. For late or last-minute deliveries, we may not have a driver available and the delivery may have to be rescheduled.
Despite the care we take with our packaging, it is possible and normal for a few flowers to fall to the bottom of the parcel during transport. In the event of a damaged parcel, you may refuse the parcel and it will be returned to us. We can work out a solution together.
For all deliveries, you will receive the tracking information for the parcel at the e-mail address you have provided. We cannot be held responsible for any error in entering your details.
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, "delivery" shall be deemed to have been made or the order to have been delivered as soon as the order is received at the agreed delivery address.
Any additional costs associated with the delivery of your order (customs duties, import duties, taxes) are at your expense.
Returns and exchanges:
We will not accept any returns or exchanges of products or packages if the parcel has been accepted by the delivery person. If you have a complaint, you can contact us directly at hello@pollenatelier.be.
In accordance with Article VI.53 of the French Code of Economic Law, the consumer who orders products and/or services from the seller/provider at a distance does not have a period of 14 calendar days in which to withdraw from the contract. The seller/provider supplies goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Payments:
On our website, you can pay by credit card. For orders placed in the shop, or for specific orders based on a quotation, you can pay by bank transfer. All orders, whether placed online or in the shop, must be paid for in full before they can be collected.
For made-to-measure orders or event organisation, a deposit will be required before the creation begins.
The prices shown on our website include VAT but do not include delivery charges. These will be added to the total amount. Prices are subject to change at any time. However, these potential changes do not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has been sent.
Credit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your Card issuer. In the absence of the required authorisation, we will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery of the order and will not be able to form any Contract with you.
In the event of a failed order, you will receive a refund of your order automatically to your account within 4 to 5 working days from the date of the failed order.
