How should I look after my bouquet of dried flowers?

Firstly, limit direct sunlight as this will fade the colours over time. Choose a shady spot. Don't put water in the vase and avoid damp rooms. Finally, if a little dust appears, blow it off with a cold hair dryer. You can keep your bouquet for years to come!

Which vase should I use?

You can either bring your own vase to the boutique so that we can make the perfect creation for it, or you can find a beautiful selection of handmade vases in the boutique. We'll advise you on the right bouquet-vase combination.

Do you make deliveries?

We deliver throughout Brussels, Belgium and Europe.

For deliveries in Brussels, we use a courier service. You can choose the delivery package at checkout (same day, next day, Sunday and public holidays). For deliveries in Belgium we use the services of Bpost. Parcels are delivered within 24 hours of the order being placed. Allow 3 to 4 working days for delivery.

Where do your flowers come from?

Most of our flowers come from the Netherlands, where we source them from a single supplier who controls the entire production process, from sowing in partnership with local farmers, through harvesting, any chalk-based dyeing, to packaging and dispatch. We also dry some varieties in our own workshop to ensure the highest quality. Drop by the shop to see our ceiling in bloom!

How do gift cards work?

Your gift voucher is valid in shop. You can use the amount of this gift voucher as you wish. If it's a gift voucher for an L bouquet (value €75), for example, you can convert it into a €15 vase and a €60 bouquet or a date for a workshop. Don't hesitate to speak to our on-site team for advice. They are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

How do subscriptions work?

The subscription runs for one year from the date of purchase. You can choose the number of bouquets you wish to receive and their size. These bouquets are "surprise" bouquets, in keeping with the season. You cannot choose which bouquet you would like unless you take the "collection" option and go to the shop to choose from the bouquets ready. When you order, we'll give you a delivery timetable, and you can change the month of delivery if it doesn't suit you. Bouquets are sent around the 15th of the month.
