Overlooked by a carpet of hanging flowers, the Réserve by Pollen is a new multifunctional space, an extension of the dreamlike world of the boutique. It's a marvellous land of possibilities open to your projects: exhibitions, temporary shops, product launches, events... Pollen Atelier opens the doors of this charming space to you. The space is available for private hire or as a turnkey package, including set-up, decoration, catering and entertainment.

OUR CONDITIONS
1. Contact us, rFill in the attached form so that we can contact you and discuss your event as soon as possible. We encourage you to drop by and have a look at the shop's opening times. We will then give you a quote for the service you require.
2. Validation of quotation, an order to block the date, we require a deposit of 30% (non-refundable) as well as the signature of the rental contract and the rules of procedure . We ask for a deposit of 200€ when you hand over the keys. It will be returned to you against the keys at the end of the rental period if everything is in order.
3. Installation and uninstallation, sProvided that the space is available, it is possible to come and set up your event the day before from 6.00 pm. Out of respect for our neighbours, we ask that events end at 10pm.
Faq
What is the capacity of the space?
The space is around 70m² and can accommodate 30 people seated and 40 standing.
Can I only rent part of the space?
You can only hire the front area of the Reserve (approx. 30m²), which has 2 display windows and the entrance door. The space will be delimited by a removable wall.
What type of event can I organise?
The space lends itself well to exhibitions, small private dinners, corporate dinners, press relations events and ephemeral boutiques. We do not accept "party" type events out of respect for our neighbours.
What equipment is available on site?
You will have 15 chairs and 2 tables at your disposal, as well as a kitchenette. Stand-up meals, crockery, a video projector, more tables and floral decorations are available for hire at an additional cost.
